As we expand our team, we are seeking a seasoned and strategic professional to join us as the Head of Recruitment Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in recruitment at outstaff\outsourсe IT companies Advanced level of English Experience as head of recruitment or in a similar role is highly desirable Experience working in recruitment teams of rapidly growing companies Excellent understanding of the current state of IT industry Have experience building a recruitment system in international markets for a company Experienced in building recruiting dashboards and working with them (analysis of bottlenecks, building hypotheses) Knowledgeable about modern technologies in recruiting and sourcing Responsibilities:  You will develop our recruitment process and flow to maximize efficiency You will be hands-on with recruiting; creating job posts, screening, and interviewing candidates You will communicate with our clients to understand what they are looking for and bring that knowledge to recruiting Eventually, you will build your team of recruiters and manage them What we offer: Remote job with the freedom to work from anywhere in the world.
