As long as the work gets done we don't worry whether you do it from the office or your home. We are looking for a talented Head of Referral Partnerships to join our team. In your role, you will look to establish relations with firms that could serve as referral partners and assist them in nurturing potential leads. Responsibilities : 1) Build and execute a referral partnership strategy 2) Research and create lists of potential partners. Focus on those with the highest ROI. 3) Establish relations with potential partners 4) Help partners nurture leads 5) Create partner materials (such as pitch decks) and assist partners by co-pitching the solution together 6) Present and explain Messapps services to partners and leads 7) Assist partners in converting leads to clients Requirements : 1) 3+ Years of business development experience 2) 2+ Years of direct sales experience 3) 1+ Years of managing partnerships 4) Outstanding communication skills, friendly, appealing character 5) Be fascinated with sales and be passionate about improving as a salesperson The compensation for this position will include a salary and a commission on sales from partnerships. There is no cap on commission.
