Head of Sales and Services Cluster Manager - CEE

As our new Sales & Services Cluster Manager, Central-Eastern Europe, you'll be driving business performance, profitable growth and organizational transformation across four countries in Central-Eastern Europe that accelerates Grundfos Water Treatment's strategic ambitions in the region. As a key part of the Grundfos Water Treatment, Central-Eastern Europe team, you'll create impact by leading a ~120-person organization through post-merger integration while building a commercially strong, change-ready culture that delivers sustainable growth across Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and Ukraine.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute the cluster's business strategy, annual budget and growth plans across Sales and Services, strengthening pipeline development, forecasting discipline and margin optimization
• Lead organizational transformation by translating global Water Treatment strategy into local actions, building engagement and embedding change sustainably in daily operations and leadership behaviors
• Build, inspire and develop a team of 5 country leaders overseeing a ~€23M sales portfolio, fostering commercial ownership, accountability and a high-performance coaching culture
• Identify new market opportunities, develop strategic customer relationships and drive profitable growth in complex industrial water treatment solutions
• Break down functional silos across Sales, Service, Engineering and Project Delivery to ensure seamless customer experiences and maximize business opportunities
• Own financial and operational performance including P&L, resource allocation and risk management while ensuring alignment with the broader Grundfos Water Treatment strategy

Above all, you're a commercially driven transformation leader with deep experience in industrial water solutions, a proven ability to lead large teams through change and the strategic mindset to turn complex business environments into sustainable growth engines. We'd also imagine that you are/have:

• Master's degree in business and/or engineering with 5+ years of senior leadership experience in water treatment or related industrial solutions
• Proven track record leading P&L-responsible business units with complex solution sales to industrial enterprises
• Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational transformation, including post-merger integration or similar restructuring
• Business English at C1 level or above with confidence in daily professional usage

It's a plus if you also:

• Experience managing multi-country teams virtually across Central-Eastern Europe
• Background in market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and risks within a regional cluster
• Proficiency in a second European language

You'll also be available for travelling up to 25% work time.
