Head of Strategy

Role Description The Head of Strategy will lead the development and execution of Stichting Bouw met respect’s strategic initiatives and long-term plans. This part-time hybrid role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site collaboration and remote work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends and organizational performance, defining strategic priorities, and preparing business plans and proposals for the board and partners. The role also involves coordinating cross-functional projects, advising leadership on strategic decisions, and ensuring alignment between financial plans, operational activities, and the organization’s mission. The Head of Strategy will regularly present insights, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and help build strategic partnerships that support sustainable growth.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Strategic Planning and Business Planning skills to develop clear, actionable roadmaps and long-term organizational plans.
• Candidates should possess Finance skills to understand budgets, investment cases, and financial implications of strategic choices.
• Candidates should possess Consulting skills to advise leadership, facilitate workshops, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in strategy roles within non-profit, construction, sustainability, or social impact organizations is beneficial.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
• Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage multiple projects in a part-time capacity.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
