Role Description The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) will lead the design, communication, and implementation of the company’s long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with the mission of expanding opportunity and advancing inclusive talent practices. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site collaboration and remote work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitive analyses, shaping growth initiatives, and developing strategic partnerships that expand the firm’s reach and impact. The CSO will work closely with executive leadership to define business priorities, oversee strategic planning cycles, and monitor performance against key metrics. The role also involves advising on service offerings, optimizing financial and operational models, and supporting brand positioning and thought leadership activities in regional and global markets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Business Planning and Strategic Planning skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to assess markets, performance data, and operational effectiveness, and to inform evidence-based decision-making.
  • Solid Finance capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating business cases for new initiatives or partnerships.
  • Proven Executive Management experience, demonstrating leadership in setting direction, influencing stakeholders, and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Relevant experience in consulting, talent strategy, or professional services, ideally within diverse and mission-driven organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and across cultures, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Background in career coaching, workforce development, or education outreach is highly beneficial; familiarity with veteran or military communities is a plus.
  • Graduate degree in business, management, public policy, or a related field preferred, or equivalent senior-level experience.
