Head of Studio / Studio Director

You’ll run the studio day-to-day — creative direction, roadmap, team, and delivery. You own the answer to “are these games great and are they shipping on time?”

Responsibilities

• Define and own the game roadmap and the creative direction that makes an Open Games title recognisable
• Build and lead the founding team; set culture, standards, and the production process
• Own the studio’s delivery cadence (a game every 4–6 weeks after ramp-up)
• Balance creative ambition with commercial reality — pick themes, mechanics and volatility profiles that operators and players want

Must-haves

• 8+ years in online slots / iGaming content, including a leadership role at a slot studio or major provider
• Shipped multiple commercially successful slot titles end-to-end
• Deep understanding of slot math, mechanics, art production and the certification lifecycle
• Proven people leadership and the ability to run a lean team without bureaucracy

Nice-to-haves

• Existing relationships with aggregators/operators
• Experience launching a studio or new brand from scratch
• Network in the Bulgarian iGaming talent market
