As we grow our presence in the DACH region, we're looking for a driven, bilingual recruitment consultant to join us in Sofia and help lead that expansion.

The Role

We're hiring a 360 Recruitment Consultant to own the full recruitment lifecycle across our Bulgaria & DACH ERP desk, covering both permanent and contract placements. You'll be responsible for building your own client base through business development, as well as sourcing and placing candidates within the IFS ERP space across Bulgaria, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

This is a genuine 360 role. You'll split your time between winning new business and delivering on live vacancies, working closely with, and reporting directly to, the founder.

Key responsibilities:

• Business development: identifying and winning new clients across the Bulgaria & DACH ERP market
• Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job brief through to offer and placement
• Sourcing and screening candidates for both permanent and contract IFS ERP roles
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Negotiating terms, rates, and offers with clients and candidates
• Working closely with the founder to shape the strategy for growing the DACH desk

About You

• Fluent in German and English (essential), both written and spoken
• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within IT, ERP, or a technical staffing environment (IFS knowledge is a strong plus but not essential)
• Comfortable with both business development and full-cycle delivery
• Confident engaging with clients and candidates across permanent and contract markets
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven, with the ambition to build a desk from the ground up
• Based in or willing to relocate to Sofia
