Who we are

Flow Pouch makes pouches people use instead of nicotine pouches and energy products: no nicotine, no caffeine. We launched in 2024, we have grown quickly, mostly through subscriptions, and we manufacture in the US. We are a remote team of about 25 people.

Why we are hiring

Our supply chain is still run by the co-founder who runs operations. It has worked so far: two US manufacturers, a 3PL warehouse in Miami, a subscription business that keeps growing and a product calendar with new flavours every quarter. It will not keep working from one person’s head and a spreadsheet. We want someone to take the whole function over, build it properly and lead it as the company grows.

What you will own

  • Demand and supply planning. Forecasts by SKU, days of cover, reorder points and production schedules, so we never run out and never sit on stock we cannot sell. Subscriptions make the base predictable; launches and limited flavours make it hard.

  • Manufacturing. Day-to-day relationship with our two co-manufacturers: production slots, lead times, quality control, specs and documentation. Pricing and contract terms sit with the co-founder today; you take them over as you earn his confidence.

  • Warehousing and fulfilment. Our 3PL partner in Miami: receiving, stock accuracy, shipping SLAs, costs. Designing and opening additional warehouses when the numbers say we need them.

  • Launches. Stock plans for new and limited flavours, roughly two per quarter, so subscribers are never left on a product we can no longer supply.

  • Systems. We have an internal AI inventory tool built by our AI builder. You decide what it should do next and work with him to build it.

  • Numbers. A reliable weekly picture for the founders and finance: inventory position, cash tied up in stock, lead times, landed cost per unit.

Who we are looking for

  • You have run supply chain or operations at a physical-product brand that sells direct to consumer, ideally subscription or consumables, and you have managed co-manufacturers and a 3PL yourself. You have done this at a scale and quality bar higher than ours today.

  • You are precise with numbers and comfortable being the person everyone asks “how much do we have and when do we run out”.

  • You flag problems early and bring a plan.

  • You build simple processes and documentation as you go, because you know the alternative is chaos in six months.

  • You want to build a function, not run one that already exists.

  • You are based in the US. Living in or near Miami is a plus, as our main warehouse is there. Supplement or food experience is a plus, not a requirement.

What is hard about this

We would rather you hear it now than in month three:

  • You will be setting up processes while doing the work. For a while you are the planner, the buyer and the head of the function at the same time.

  • Limited flavours make planning harder. Runs need to sell through without leaving subscribers stranded.

  • The co-founder knows every detail and will stay close at first. You earn the room to run things through accurate numbers and follow-through.

How to apply

Send us your CV or LinkedIn profile, plus short answers to three questions:

  1. Where have you owned inventory and supply? Roughly how many SKUs, annual volume in units or dollars, how many manufacturers and warehouses.

  2. Tell us about a stock problem you caught before it hit customers (stockout, overstock, wrong count). What did you see, and what did you do?

  3. What would you set up in your first 60 days here, and what would you leave alone?
