ABOUT THE ROLE

As Head of Tax EMEA, you will be the regional tax leader and trusted advisor to senior finance and business stakeholders across the region. You will drive tax governance, compliance, risk management and tax efficiency initiatives across a diverse and dynamic region, while supporting business growth, transformation and strategic projects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead tax governance, compliance and reporting activities across the EMEA region.
• Ensure effective implementation of Group Tax policies and transfer pricing frameworks.
• Manage tax audits, regulatory inquiries and tax risk mitigation plans.
• Partner with Finance, Legal and Operational teams on strategic business initiatives, restructurings and M&A projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve tax efficiency, cash flow and working capital performance.
• Drive process improvements, tax controls and increased tax awareness throughout the EMEA organization.

ABOUT YOU

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Law or a related field, with a specialization in Tax.
• Senior international tax experience within a multinational company and/or leading tax advisory firm.
• Strong expertise in corporate income tax, VAT, transfer pricing and tax accounting.
• Experience managing tax audits and working directly with tax authorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English – any additional European language is a plus
