YOUR ROLE

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and internal corporate standards
• Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on Health & Safety matters
• Conduct workplace inspections, internal audits, and occupational risk assessments
• Identify hazards, report non-conformities, and initiate corrective and preventive actions
• Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, perform root cause analyses, and monitor follow-up actions
• Select, evaluate, order, and manage the issuance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in line with risk assessments and legal requirements
• Issue referrals for occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work) and monitor their validity
• Maintain and supervise Health & Safety documentation in compliance with ISO 45001 requirements
• Support internal and external audits as well as certification and re-certification processes
• Report and analyze local and global Health & Safety KPIs in accordance with corporate reporting standards
• Deliver Health & Safety trainings and lead awareness and prevention programs
• Cooperate with occupational health physicians, external laboratories, regulatory authorities, and inspection bodies
• Actively promote a culture of “Zero accidents, Zero injuries”

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • • University degree or postgraduate studies in Occupational Health & Safety
    • Valid qualifications for an H&S Specialist in accordance with local regulations
    • Practical knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation
    • Hands-on experience with ISO 45001 management systems
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
    • Proficiency in English, enabling work in an international environment
