Industry : Insurance Location : Malta Basis : Full time Hybrid/Remote : hybrid Remuneration : Salary Main Duties: Administer and set up new and existing policies Liaise with policyholders in relation to general policy queries Receive, review and assess all new health insurance claims, ensuring appropriate underwriting criteria is applied Receive, review and assess all new Personal Accident claims for UK office and its Irish Third Country Branch Adhere to complaints procedures Ensure compliance with Data Protection regulations Investigate personal accident claims using established procedures, consulting medical specialists to properly assess claims and inform underwriting Handle and resolve enquiries and complaints in line with company policy Liaise with policyholders on the status and outcome of their claim What skills do you need? Experience assessing insurance claims, preferably in health, Cash Plan, or personal accident markets Fluent in business Maltese and English written and verbal is essential Able to deal with customers in a professional manner An eye for detail, self-driven and conscientious individual Strong negotiating, analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal communications and negotiation skills Ability to self-motivate and self-start Must be able to effectively work in a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Eligibility to work in the EU is a must Want to see more jobs?
