Health Coach (GLP-1)

At Concorde, the coach is the program. Whether a member keeps their medication subsidy comes down to the work you do with them — there's no algorithmic substitute for it. We're looking for credentialed health coaches with real GLP-1 experience to carry a longitudinal caseload and help members build habits that hold.

What you'll do

• Run structured, video-based coaching sessions with the same members over time — built around habit formation, food and movement, sleep, and real accountability.
• Track behavior and progress in the Concorde app, and give members specific, personalized feedback between sessions.
• Build durable relationships with your caseload. This isn't a churn model — you know your members.
• Follow the Concorde protocol developed by our clinical team, and help refine it as you go.
• Share what's working in regular case reviews, and help shape the educational content and tools coaches rely on.
  
  

Who you are

• Active NBC-HWC certification (National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach). Required.
• Real GLP-1 / weight-management experience — you've coached clients through medication-supported weight change and understand how exercise, nutrition, and sleep fit together.
• Grounded in behavior-change and habit-formation fundamentals.
• Comfortable with structured protocols and a bi-weekly session cadence — not open-ended, improvised coaching.
• A strong communicator who can motivate without being a cheerleader.
• Comfortable with digital tools; experience with habit-tracking or wellness apps is a plus.
• Able to work independently and inside a team.
• Evening availability to support members across time zones. Spanish fluency a plus.

• 1099 contractor, remote, paid monthly.
• A manageable caseload with a minimum commitment — not volume-based utilization.
