As the Health Concierge Team Leader - Clinical , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver personalised and integrated care. Leading a virtual team, you'll ensure efficient triaging, scheduling, and workforce planning to enhance the delivery of high-quality allied health and nursing services. This is a permanent full-time , hybrid role based in Western Australia, with flexibility to work from home while maintaining the ability to attend our Delhi Street, West Perth office as required. You’ll thrive in this role if you: Hold tertiary qualifications in allied health or nursing with current AHPRA registration Have significant experience in clinical operations and workforce management Are data-focused, process-driven, and always seeking efficiency gains Possess strong leadership skills to inspire and guide a high-performing team Understand how to balance customer needs with optimizing service delivery Join us in creating a distinctive, integrated healthcare experience.
