Health & Safety Manager

Role Description The Owner of the HEC Paris MBA Luxury Club is responsible for shaping the club’s strategic direction and overseeing its core activities. This part-time, remote role includes designing the annual vision and roadmap, planning key events and initiatives, and coordinating collaborations with luxury brands and industry partners. The Owner leads communication efforts, manages stakeholder relationships (students, alumni, companies, and HEC administration), and ensures that the club’s programs align with members’ professional development goals. Day-to-day tasks involve organizing meetings, guiding project teams, monitoring budgets and sponsorships, managing the club’s digital presence, and tracking performance metrics for events and initiatives. The role also includes mentoring club officers, fostering an inclusive community, and continuously enhancing the club’s reputation and impact within the luxury ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest and knowledge in the luxury industry, including current trends, key players, and market dynamics.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience coordinating teams, events, or initiatives in an academic or professional setting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, including stakeholder management and networking with industry professionals and alumni.
• Strategic thinking and organizational skills, with the capacity to define a clear vision, set priorities, and manage multiple projects part time and remotely.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms (e.g., email campaigns, social media, online event tools) to support remote collaboration and club visibility.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment and representing the club professionally within HEC Paris and the broader luxury community.
• Current or former MBA student status at HEC Paris or equivalent experience in a comparable graduate business program is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience in luxury, marketing, brand management, or consulting is a plus but not required.
