What you will do
- Negotiate renewals and sell products and services to existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide customer support.
- Drive continued and increased customer and business growth.
- Build strong customer relationships and make sound decisions.
- Travel locally and overnight as required.
Requirements
- Hold a state General Lines Agent Life, Health, and HMO license, or obtain it within the required timeframe under state regulations.
- Have four years of experience in healthcare management, claims processing, customer service, or marketing and sales involving decision-making, self-direction, and finance or product analysis; alternatively, a bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant experience.
- Have healthcare management experience with PPO and HMO plans.
- Demonstrate customer service orientation, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have experience analyzing reports and addressing customer needs.
- Be able to work in a hybrid arrangement three days per week in the Houston office and travel locally and overnight.
