About the Company:

Our client is an innovative healthcare services company that specializes in providing convenient, in-home health examinations fully covered by patients' insurance providers.

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced virtual schedulers to join a dynamic team for a 3-month project. In this role, you will be responsible for confirming daily patient appointments and scheduling new appointments for in-home health services. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Conduct daily outreach to confirm scheduled patient appointments.

• Schedule new appointments based on technician availability.

• Organize schedules geographically to optimize efficiency.

• Maintain detailed records of appointment activity.

• Provide excellent customer service to patients during the scheduling process.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales, or appointment setting role.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency with CRM and scheduling software.

• Ability to work independently and consistently meet daily goals.

Preferred Skills:

• Detail-oriented professionals with a background in sales or customer service.

Schedule:

3-month project

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (35 hours/week)
