We're Hiring: Healthcare Cold Caller – Female Only

We are looking for a confident, persistent, and results-driven Healthcare Cold Caller to support our client, an organization focused on children's mental and behavioral health. This role combines outbound cold calling to US medical clinics and healthcare providers with partner reactivation and customer success. The ideal candidate has proven cold calling experience, excellent English communication skills, strong objection-handling abilities, and the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and re-engage inactive partners. Candidates with previous experience in US healthcare outreach, medical clinic calling, or healthcare customer success are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to US-based medical clinics, doctors, specialists, and healthcare providers.
• Introduce client's platform and encourage healthcare providers to join at no cost.
• Engage prospects through phone-first outreach, navigate gatekeepers, and overcome common objections.
• Connect with receptionists, referral coordinators, and other healthcare staff to reach key decision-makers.
• Reconnect with inactive partners, understand barriers to platform usage, and encourage reactivation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing healthcare partners.
• Support customer success initiatives by addressing partner concerns and improving engagement.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and inactive partners to encourage participation and continued platform use.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, partner interactions, and follow-up actions.
• Demonstrate initiative, persistence, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, outbound sales, or customer relationship management.
• Experience contacting US-based healthcare providers, medical clinics, or doctors is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, with strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Warm, pleasant, and professional phone presence with the confidence to engage healthcare professionals.
• Strong objection-handling, persuasion, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate gatekeepers and communicate effectively with decision-makers.
• Persistent, resourceful, and customer-focused, with a strong drive to achieve results.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations, maintain accurate records, and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in US healthcare cold calling or medical appointment setting.
• Familiarity with healthcare providers, medical clinics, referral coordinators, or specialist practices.
• Experience in partner reactivation, customer success, account management, or client retention.
• Background in healthcare platforms, behavioral health, mental health, or healthcare technology.
• Proven ability to build relationships, re-engage inactive accounts, and improve customer participation.

Work Setup:

• 100% Remote Work
• Part-time position, initially 4 hours per day
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM US Eastern Time
• Role split: 50% cold calling and outreach; 50% partner reactivation and customer success
• Target market: US-based medical clinics, healthcare providers, and existing platform partners
• Potential to increase working hours as the client grows

Salary:

• USD 5-6 per hour
