What You’ll Actually Do Build Talent Pipelines That Matter You don’t just fill jobs — you build long-term pipelines. You: Source creatively across job boards, social media, professional networks, and community events Use Boolean and advanced sourcing like second nature Engage passive talent Read the labor market like a strategist Elevate the Candidate Experience You understand that candidates talk. You: Screen for skill and values alignment Conduct strong behavioral interviews Communicate proactively Move fast Treat every person with respect and empathy Because our mission demands compassion — even in recruiting.
