Hours: 3pm-11pm CAT

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our US-based team. In this role, you will identify, engage, and screen potential participants for clinical research studies while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with study protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source and recruit eligible participants for clinical trials.

* Conduct initial phone screenings to determine eligibility.

* Educate potential participants on study requirements and answer basic questions.

* Schedule appointments and coordinate with study sites.

* Maintain accurate recruitment records and CRM databases.

* Follow recruitment scripts, SOPs, and HIPAA/privacy requirements.

* Meet enrollment targets and provide regular recruitment updates.

Requirements:

* Previous recruiting, healthcare, patient outreach, or customer service experience.

* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and follow-ups.

* Experience with clinical trials, healthcare, or medical terminology is an advantage but not required.

* Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

* Ability to work US business hours.
