I’m helping Real Hires find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Healthcare Recruiter.

You will scale clinical teams by driving high-impact talent acquisition strategies.

Remote (for Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Uruguay, Panama, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Bolivia, Paraguay, El Salvador, Honduras, and Nicaragua residents)

Responsibilities and more:

The company cannot grow without good RBTs. You are the person who finds them and gets them hired, fully remote, working directly with U.S. clinical and operations leaders.

- Weekly hiring targets are consistently met or exceeded.

- Strong candidates are sourced, screened, and moved quickly.

- Clinical teams receive people who actually fit the needs of the centers.

- Candidate experience stays professional and responsive.

- The pipeline stays healthy so teams are not constantly short-staffed.

You’ll Need

- 2 to 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare or high-volume preferred).

- Strong sourcing skills and pipeline discipline.

- Clear spoken and written English.

- Comfortable working fully remote against measurable targets.

You will own measurable hiring outcomes and build full-cycle recruiting skills with a hospital-partnered organization.
