Healthcare Sourcer

Position Summary: The Recruiting Sourcer will play a vital role in identifying and generating leads for healthcare providers through various channels, including web searches, job boards, and cold calling. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can effectively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the organization’s recruitment goals. The Recruiting Sourcer will collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure a seamless transition of leads for further engagement. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Conduct thorough web searches and utilize job boards to identify potential healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals. Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads aligned with the organization’s hiring needs. Cold Calling and Outreach: Initiate cold calls and email outreach to potential candidates, effectively communicating high-level information about opportunities within the organization. Engage candidates to gauge interest and collect essential information such as contact details, specialties, and availability. Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters to pass along interested and qualified leads for further engagement. Provide detailed candidate information and insights to assist recruiters in the next steps of the recruitment process. Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sourcing activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate regular reports on lead generation metrics, including the number of leads sourced, contacted, and converted. Compliance: Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in candidate sourcing and data handling. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field. Experience in healthcare recruitment is highly desirable. Skills and Competencies: Strong research and lead generation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-volume sourcing activities while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in using job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems. Strong organizational and time-management skills. This is a full time role 100% Remote $6/hr
