International Healthcare Talent Recruiter:

NurseFlex | Remote | U.K Hours: 09.00 - 18.00

NurseFlex is building a next-generation healthcare workforce platform connecting healthcare professionals with care homes, hospitals and healthcare providers across the UK.

We're looking for a highly organised, target-driven Healthcare Talent Recruiter to help build our healthcare professional network. This role can be performed remotely from India or other international locations.

What You'll Do:

• Source and contact HCAs, Support Workers, Nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Conduct telephone interviews and assess suitability
• Get candidates registered onto the NurseFlex platform
• Follow up candidates to ensure their compliance documents are completed
• Monitor candidates through the NurseFlex compliance process
• Direct candidates to the NurseFlex Academy (£29.99) where required
• Follow up candidates until training is completed
• Work with the NurseFlex team to get fully compliant candidates approved and activated
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines
  

Your KPI:

We're not interested in simply collecting applications.

Your goal is to move candidates through:

Sourced → Interviewed → Registered → Compliant → Academy → Trained → LIVE on NurseFlex

Your performance will be measured primarily by the number of fully compliant, activated healthcare professionals you produce.

We're Looking For:

• Strong telephone and communication skills
• Highly organised and persistent
• Comfortable working to targets
• Previous recruitment or healthcare experience preferred
• Experience recruiting UK healthcare professionals is a major advantage
• Able to work UK-compatible hours
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
