Key Responsibilities

• Assist US based healthcare providers with administrative and clinical coordination tasks
• Manage patient records, scheduling, and insurance verifications
• Handle medical documentation and maintain accurate patient information in EMR/EHR systems
• Provide virtual patient support and conduct inbound/outbound follow-ups
• Coordinate with patients and healthcare teams to ensure smooth clinic operations
