Remote Registered Nurse (Pre Operative) | POOLING

Salary: 50,000 PHP- 60,000/ month  Job Description: Conduct Pre-Op calls to collect patient medical history Review health history, including medications, any allergies, and review specific instructions for what patients need to do prior to procedure Explains procedures/ treatment to patient and/or family members. Document appropriately the care/instructions given to the patient. Carries out physician orders. Maintain accuracy and completeness of patient's medical record Record and report pertinent observation regarding the patient Maintains the standards of nursing care and implements the policies and procedures of the department Communicate effectively to all physicians and other healthcare professionals Provides quality care to patients and work with multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest patient satisfaction Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Registered Nurse Consultancy basis minimum of 6 months consultancy contract Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral Minimum of 1- 2 years Clinical Experience Ability and commitment to strictly follow protocols provided for patient education and counseling Ability to communicate with compassion, empathy, tact and Cultural Sensitivity w/ patients and their families Excellent Organizational Skills & Priority Setting Ability to work independently and as a team member within provided guidelines Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection Others: Equipment/ company computer is provided
