With strong investment and long-term backing, theyre now launching their Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) divisionand they need a hands-on leader to take it forward. The Role: Lead ASHP projects from survey to commissioning Build and manage a network of trusted subcontractors Oversee installs, quality, and compliance Stay hands-on where needed to keep standards high Set department processes and influence strategy Work closely with the Director on growth plans What Were Looking For: Proven ASHP installation experience (ideally domestic) Confident overseeing multiple projects/sites Comfortable with managing subcontractors Gas Safe / FGAS / WRAS (or working towards) A natural leader or engineer ready to step up Full UK driving licence Why Join?
