Help Desk Technician

As a Help Desk Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical support services, helping clients troubleshoot issues and enhancing their overall experience with our products. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and working closely with our engineering teams to improve service delivery. Responsibilities Respond to help desk tickets and client inquiries in a timely manner Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues Provide support for telecommunications products and services Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions Collaborate with other IT staff to improve system performance Assist in the setup and configuration of telecommunications devices Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up Participate in training sessions to expand technical knowledge Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with telecommunications concepts and technologies Basic understanding of networking principles Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer service experience is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and help desk software
