Our Information Technology team is seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Help Desk Technician to be the first line of support for our staff, solving technical challenges and ensuring seamless IT experiences. What You Will Do In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support both on-site and remotely. With your strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first attitude, you will ensure that our team members get the IT assistance they need to thrive. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the first point of contact for staff seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. • Perform remote troubleshooting. • Walk staff through the problem-solving process. • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel. • Provide accurate information on IT products or services. • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs. • Follow-up and update client status and information. • Relay any feedback or suggestions by clients to the appropriate internal team. • Identify and suggest possible improvements to procedures. Qualifications & Skills: • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role. • Microsoft and/or network certifications would be an asset. • Proficiency with office automation products, databases, and remote support tools. • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and related technologies. • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. • Patience, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking.
