Role Description The Herm Agent Expert is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing AI agents within the Omnix ecosystem. In this role, you will translate business requirements into agent behaviors, workflows, and prompts, ensuring that agents deliver accurate, reliable, and user-friendly outcomes. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data specialists to test, refine, and monitor agent performance, including troubleshooting issues and improving responses over time. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating agent playbooks, documenting best practices, analyzing usage data, and providing guidance to internal and external stakeholders on how to effectively leverage Herm agents. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, experimenting with new AI features and approaches to enhance agent capabilities and user experience.
Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AI systems, conversational agents, or LLM-based tools, with experience configuring and optimizing agent workflows.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear agent logic, prompts, and decision paths, including documenting requirements and use cases.
• Analytical skills for monitoring agent performance metrics, identifying patterns in usage data, and proposing data-informed improvements.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
• Comfort with iterative experimentation, testing, and refinement of AI behaviors, including basic familiarity with prompt engineering concepts.
• Organizational skills for maintaining playbooks, knowledge bases, and process documentation in a structured, scalable manner.
• Prior experience in product operations, customer success, AI operations, or a similar role is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Cognitive Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience).
