If you’re passionate about helping people and confident in your ability to engage — this is your foot in the door to a high-earning solar career. Must be able to attend in-person team meetings and trainings at least 3 days of the week. Responsibilities • Engage with homeowners in person to set qualified appointments • Educate on the benefits of going solar and pre-qualify interest • Use CRM tools and scripts to stay organized and consistent • Follow up with leads and update pipeline notes • Work closely with closers and sales consultants Qualifications • High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred • Previous sales or appointment setting experience a plus • Excellent people skills and natural charisma • Tech-friendly (Zoom, CRM, online scheduling) • Self-motivated and quick to adapt Bonus Points For: • Solar experience or energy knowledge • Spanish-speaking • Ability to self-source leads Compensation & Perks • $5,000–$8,000/month with base pay, commissions & performance bonuses • Daily, weekly and monthly incentives • Career training, mentorship, and fast-track promotions Growth Opportunity Top-performing setters are promoted into closing roles or team leadership , where income and impact can scale rapidly.
