Our People & Culture team is seeking a highly motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to support our high-volume hourly hiring initiatives. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in fast-paced recruitment while playing a key role in helping the organization attract, engage, and hire top hourly talent. Key Responsibilities: Support high-volume hourly recruitment efforts across multiple locations and business functions. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for hourly and frontline positions. Conduct candidate outreach through phone, email, job boards, and social media platforms. Coordinate and schedule interviews, hiring events, and recruiting campaigns. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure staffing targets are met within established timelines. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within Lever (ATS). Assist with offer generation, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding activities. Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring pipeline updates and reports. Support job fair planning, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process. Maintain strict confidentiality while handling candidate and employee information. Assist with continuous improvement projects that enhance recruitment efficiency and hiring outcomes. Qualifications: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field. Available to work 40 hours per week during the internship term. Strong interest in talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruiting technology is considered an asset. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
