You'll be the first point of contact for most candidates - sourcing them, screening their resumes, getting them scheduled, running the initial interview, and making the call on whether they move forward. You're the filter and the front door: the quality and speed of everything downstream depends on you. This is a high-volume, high-communication role for someone who's organized, persistent, and a strong judge of people. You'll work closely with our hiring managers to keep the pipeline moving and make sure no good candidate slips through the cracks.
