Job Title:Recruiter Location: WFH Job Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Recruitment Responsibilities: Proactively source, engage, and develop a robust network of qualified candidates aligned with open roles Conduct initial screenings and interviews (phone and video) to assess candidate fit against role and client requirements Track and update all recruitment activities within the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS) Identify and implement innovative recruitment strategies to improve sourcing efficiency and quality Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual performance goals, sales targets, and KPIs Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field Experience: Minimum 1+years of proven experience in recruitment, sales, or talent acquisition Skills and Expertise: Demonstrated tenacity, goal orientation, and a results-driven mindset Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record in closing placements Self-motivated, positive attitude with a commitment to continuous personal and professional development Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities Other Pointers regarding job: Candidate Location:Pan India Job Location:WFH Job Salary:4LPA-6LPA
