What You Will Edit:

You're not making YouTube documentaries. You're editing 30-60 second talking head videos that build authority and generate leads for an Australian marketing agency. Raw footage comes in. Scroll-stopping Reels and Shorts go out.

Your job:

• Edit raw talking head footage into 30-60 second Reels, Shorts, and TikToks
• Add clean, timed captions in English AND Hindi (both languages required)
• Generate B-roll using AI tools (Runway, Pika, Kling, Midjourney, or similar) to support the talking points. We don't send B-roll. You create it.
• Select and add background music that matches the tone (calm, authoritative, not hype)
• Clean cuts. No over-editing. No flashy transitions. Raw and authentic is the style.
• Create thumbnails for every video
• Deliver in correct format and aspect ratio for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
• 20+ videos per month

You Must Have:

• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro (primary editing tool)
• Working knowledge of After Effects for text animations and motion graphics
• Experience editing short-form talking head content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Proven experience using AI tools to generate B-roll footage and visuals
• Can add clean, properly timed captions in English and Hindi
• Understand pacing for short-form. Every second counts. No dead air. No filler.
• Can deliver 5 videos per week consistently without quality dropping
• Strong music selection instinct. Calm and professional. Not trending audio nonsense.

• You've edited for personal brands or agency founders
• Your portfolio includes before/after of raw footage vs final edit
• You understand the difference between polished corporate video and raw authentic authority content
• You've edited in Hinglish (mixed Hindi and English) before
• You know DaVinci Resolve as a secondary tool

• You only know CapCut or mobile editing apps
• if you looking freelance project
• You've never used AI tools for B-roll generation
• You only edit long-form YouTube videos
• You can't deliver 5 videos per week
• You need B-roll footage sent to you for every project
• You don't know how to add Hindi captions
• You think more transitions and effects equals better editing
