Job Requirements: 2.5+ years proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field, with a focus on short-term rentals. Familiarity with vacation rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO) and property management software. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring properties meet high standards. Problem-solving skills to address guest issues and operational challenges effectively. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate guest schedules. Core responsibilities: Manage online listings across platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, ensuring accurate and attractive property descriptions. Handle guest inquiries, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, providing a seamless booking experience. Coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure properties are spotless and well-maintained. Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. Monitor property performance metrics, including occupancy rates, reviews, and revenue, and implement strategies to improve them. Conduct regular property inspections to identify necessary repairs or upgrades and coordinate their completion. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers for cleaning, repairs, and supplies.
