The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Financial Voucher will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.

The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, the ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Create vouchers and process vendor invoices within ASB systems.
• Validate and process vendor invoices by matching them against dispatched purchase orders and order coding instructions to complete the vouchering process.
• Process vendor short-pay requests, prepaid postage, and vendor invoices.
• Take appropriate action to ensure the capture of prompt-pay discounts.
• Research and provide resolutions for errors identified in the Matched Exception Report.
• Partner with the Accounts Payable team to correct errors and resolve issues.
• Review and follow up on outstanding vouchers to ensure completion.
• Assist the Sales Support Department as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Associate degree (AA) in Accounting. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience: At least 1–3 years of related Accounts Payable processing experience or experience in a related field.
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Working Schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills:
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with web-based programs and systems.
• Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
  • Accounts Payable processing and vendor invoice management.
  • Voucher creation and processing.
  • Purchase order matching and order coding validation.
  • Vendor short-pay requests and prepaid postage processing.
  • Prompt-pay discount monitoring.
  • Matched Exception Report research and resolution.
  • Confidential financial information handling.
