Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Home Care Coordinator with hands-on HHA Exchange experience to support our home care operations. This role is fully remote and based in the Dominican Republic. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in EVV workflows, and comfortable coordinating with U.S.-based teams, caregivers, and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and visits using HHA Exchange
• Monitor, review, and reconcile caregiver attendance and EVV data
• Resolve visit exceptions, missed punches, and discrepancies
• Communicate with caregivers, coordinators, and agency partners regarding scheduling and attendance issues
• Ensure accurate visit verification for payroll and billing
• Maintain compliance with New York home care and EVV requirements
• Document corrections and follow established workflows
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and turnaround standards

Qualifications

• Required: Proven hands-on experience using HHA Exchange
• Background in home care coordination, healthcare staffing, or EVV systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work U.S. business hours (Eastern Time preferred)
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
