$50,000 base + quarterly bonuses up to $10,000/year
Monday–Friday, 8:45 a.m.–4:45 p.m. | In office Monday–Thursday, remote Fridays after training

When a caregiver calls out at 6 a.m., someone has to make sure an older adult still gets help getting out of bed. That’s this job. We’re hiring Scheduling coordinators to keep care consistent for clients across Raleigh and Apex, and to help our caregivers succeed.

Our approach is simple: build care teams, not just fill shifts. You’ll get to know clients, families, and caregivers well enough to make good matches and stay calm when plans change.

What you’ll do

• Match caregivers to clients based on care needs, skills, availability, location, and personality
• Build steady care teams with backup coverage for ongoing and high-hour clients
• Fill call-outs and open shifts quickly, including urgent same-day coverage
• Keep clients, families, and caregivers informed about schedules and changes
• Balance coverage, caregiver hours, and overtime to keep care on track
• Help interview, onboard, and orient new caregivers

What you’ll bring

• Experience in scheduling, staffing, dispatch, customer service, healthcare, or home care, or strong coordination skills and a willingness to learn
• Strong organization and the ability to juggle shifting priorities
• Clear, kind communication by phone and text
• Comfort with computer systems and accurate record-keeping

The honest details
This is fast-paced, people-centered work. Schedules change quickly, and some coverage needs are urgent. You’ll work Monday–Friday, 8:45 am.–4:45 pm, in our office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays once training is complete. You’ll be part of a team with a Care Operations Manager and fellow scheduling coordinators. The role includes one on-call night per week and select holidays.
