• <!--comp--><!--for--><!--it--><!--if-->Monitor patient conditions and manage symptoms appropriately.<!--/if--><!--/it--><!--/for--><!--/comp-->
• <!--comp--><!--for--><!--it--><!--if-->Administer medications and treatments as ordered.<!--/if--><!--/it--><!--/for--><!--/comp-->
• <!--comp--><!--for--><!--it--><!--if-->Educate patients and caregivers on care plans, medications, disease management, and comfort measures.<!--/if--><!--/it--><!--/for--><!--/comp-->
• <!--comp--><!--for--><!--it--><!--if-->Coordinate care with physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the interdisciplinary team.<!--/if--><!--/it--><!--/for--><!--/comp-->
