Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Home Health Marin County, California Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our growing Home Health team serving patients throughout Marin County. Compensation Competitive per-visit compensation Mileage reimbursement Flexible scheduling options Position Summary The Home Health LVN provides skilled nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse and physician, ensuring high-quality patient care in accordance with agency policies and state regulations. The LVN works closely with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to promote positive health outcomes and patient independence.
