This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to ensuring fire safety in commercial kitchens. You’ll work mostly overnight shifts cleaning exhaust systems, documenting services, and working as part of a team to deliver excellent results. All new hires begin with paid hands-on training at our headquarters in Atlanta (Woodstock, GA). During this training, housing and food are fully covered by the company. The training period typically lasts 6–12 weeks , depending on each individual’s experience level and performance. Experienced crews may complete training in as little as 2–4 weeks before returning to Tallahassee to begin full-time work in their local market. Training pay is $18–$23 per hour and applies only during the short training period. Once training is completed, technicians transition to full pay, earning $1,350–$2,000+ per week based on performance and efficiency. Once you complete training and begin full-time work in Tallahassee, you will transition to our production-based pay model, where technicians regularly earn between $1,350 and $2,000+ per week depending on performance and efficiency.
