Our hospice team is growing, and we're looking for a compassionate Homemaker to provide comfort and peace of mind for our patients and their families.
As a Homemaker, you'll help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home environment so families can focus on spending meaningful time together during the hospice journey. This is a non-medical support role that plays an important part in our interdisciplinary team by offering both practical assistance and compassionate companionship.
Responsibilities include:
- Light housekeeping
- Light meal preparation
- Kitchen clean-up and general tidying
- Providing companionship and a calm, supportive presence
- Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home environment
This is not a hands-on caregiving position. No personal care, bathing, transfers, lifting, or medication assistance is required.
Qualifications:
- Hospice experience is preferred, but not required.
- Must be comfortable supporting patients and families throughout the hospice journey.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
