Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Hospitality Co-Founder / Partner role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves shaping Reservya’s overall strategy in the restaurant services sector, identifying growth opportunities, and building partnerships with restaurant owners and operators. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing business development initiatives, guiding marketing and sales efforts, and contributing to product and service design that meet the needs of restaurants in Egypt and the Middle East. The Co-Founder / Partner will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, review performance data, and make informed decisions to improve operations and achieve sustainable growth. This role also includes participating in key hiring decisions, fostering a positive company culture, and representing Reservya in industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, performance metrics, and operational data.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with partners, team members, and restaurant clients.
• Female 21+
• Proven experience in sales, including relationship-building, lead generation, and closing deals in hospitality or related sectors.
• Marketing skills to develop and oversee campaigns, brand positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
• Research skills to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and regional market dynamics.
• Previous leadership or entrepreneurial experience, ideally in hospitality, restaurants, or service-focused businesses.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing on-site responsibilities in Cairo and remote tasks as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
