About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Consultant – Finance Systems & POS to implement, support, and optimize hospitality finance systems and point-of-sale (POS) solutions for hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality groups across the Philippines.

The ideal candidate has experience implementing or supporting hospitality finance systems, back-office applications, or POS solutions within the hospitality industry and enjoys working closely with customers to deliver successful implementations and long-term operational success.

Location

Philippines (Remote with travel to customer sites when required)

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support hospitality finance and POS solutions for hotels and restaurants.
• Work closely with Finance, Purchasing, Food & Beverage, Operations, and IT teams to understand business requirements and recommend best practices.
• Configure hospitality finance modules, inventory, procurement, cost control, and POS systems.
• Perform software installation, system configuration, testing, user acceptance support, end-user training, and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot application issues, financial posting discrepancies, operational workflows, and system integrations.
• Support interfaces between hospitality finance systems, POS solutions, PMS, payment gateways, and third-party applications.
• Analyse customer requirements and provide functional consulting to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage customer support cases and ensure timely resolution in accordance with service level agreements.
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Developers, Product Managers, and Regional Subject Matter Experts throughout project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, solution documentation, and customer knowledge transfer.
• Stay up to date with hospitality technology trends and new product releases.

Requirements Essential

• Minimum 2 years' experience implementing or supporting hospitality software solutions.
• Or experience with hospitality finance systems, back-office applications, ERP solutions, or POS systems.
• Good understanding of hospitality business operations, including finance, purchasing, inventory, food & beverage, or front-office processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Willingness to travel within the Philippines for customer implementations and support.
