Host Site Partner Operations Coordinator Global Leadership Network - South Barrington, IL 60010 Apply Overview Salary Range $21.63 - $25.00 Hourly Position Type Full-Time (Non-Exempt) Education Level Bachelor's Degree Category Nonprofit - Social Services Apply Description Host Site Partner Operations Coordinator Purpose : To support the growth of the Global Leadership Summit through coordination and care for GLS Host Site Event Managers and Promotional Strategists, in addition to facilitating the Field Director’s new host site onboarding. Global Leadership Network (GLN) is a nonprofit organization located in South Barrington, Illinois. We exist to help churches build a leadership culture – so more and more people come to know Jesus Christ. We do this by developing resources to help churches grow healthy leaders – because healthy leaders build healthy, thriving churches. Our flagship event is The Global Leadership Summit is attended by 60,000+ leaders in 400 sites (primarily churches) throughout the United States. The Summit is translated into 50+ languages and held in over 800 sites in 110 countries reaching over 240,000 international leaders from September to April. Salary Description : The hourly rate for this position is between $21.63 to $25.00 depending on experience and skill set. Remote Work Schedule : This position is primarily remote, with required in-person attendance at our main office several times a year for staff development, training, GLS and other organizational events. Proximity to our South Barrington, IL office is desirable. Primary Responsibilities : Support assigned Field Directors’ prospective Host Site efforts , sending agreements, and performing the onboarding processes. Resource Event Managers and Promotional Strategists with prompt “extra mile” service providing direction and seizing interactions to encourage engagement in best practices for each role. Maintain Host Site Training Manager’s training initiatives as directed Participate in site training online meetings and post afterwards Research host partner websites for Summit info and alert Field Director for any suggested changes to communicate Pull data reports from prior year to support engagement review. Maintain statistics within Salesforce for key initiatives Coordinate Summit planning necessities for Event Managers Secure and track all Partner Host Site Certificates of Insurance (COIs), evacuation plans, and shipping addresses Collaborate with Finance to set up all host sites as needed for Revenue Share payments (vendor forms, W-9, and ensure ACH set-up) Communicate with Partner Host Sites regarding notebook & name badge shipments Participate in Hotline during the Summit to support the Host Site Event Managers & Promotional Strategists (Tue-Friday of Summit week) Support Revenue Share payment delivery post Summit through statement entry into RAMP.com Complete other related duties as assigned. Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with manager, team meetings, all-staff meetings, and cross-functional meetings, as needed. Qualifications Skills and Qualifications: High capacity for managing multiple priorities, planning & executing tasks Keen sense for detail, organization, and proficient at optimizing work processes Self-starter and able to work independently due to staff team remote work Strong verbal and written communication skills, instills trust, and effective at working collaboratively with others Education, Experience, and Other Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Fluent in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
