Role Description This full-time Hotel & Resort Textile Sales Executive role is a hybrid position based in El Sadat City, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves prospecting and developing new hotel and resort clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting Cotton And More’s terry towel product lines to meet customer requirements. Daily tasks include conducting sales meetings and presentations, following up on inquiries, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and coordinating order details with internal production and logistics teams. The Sales Executive will handle reservation-style ordering processes for clients, ensure timely responses to customer questions, and provide post-sales support to maintain strong relationships. The role also includes monitoring market trends in hospitality textiles, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with management to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with hotel and resort partners.
• Candidates should possess experience handling Reservations, order coordination, and basic Receptionist Duties or front-of-house hospitality interactions.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Food & Beverage operations in hotels or resorts, enabling an understanding of textile needs across various departments.
• Candidates should possess proven sales or account management experience, preferably in textiles, hospitality supplies, or related B2B sectors.
• Candidates should possess good negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills, with proficiency in basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).
• Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage travel to client sites as needed, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Candidates should possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; relevant industry experience may substitute for formal education.
• Candidates should possess working proficiency in English and Arabic, and a valid ability to travel within Egypt for client meetings.
