JOB TITLE: Coordinator, By Western Hands JOB PURPOSE: Support the By Western Hands and University of Wyoming College of Arts & Sciences collaborations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate calendars Manage communications between By Western Hands and University of Wyoming organizers and leaders Manage day-to-day logistics of the collaboration between By Western Hands and University of Wyoming Advertise and market events and drive student and community attendance Plan and execute regional classes and collaborations Assist with internships Pay: $30 per hour Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS: Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent One year of related experience Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the Driving for University Business SAP . WORK LOCATION: This position is eligible for remote work, however, the successful candidate must be able to travel to Cody, WY and Laramie, WY to support workshops/classes in person as needed.
