Role Description The Owner is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including strategic planning, operations, client relations, and financial management. This full-time role involves setting business goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring that services meet client expectations and quality standards. The Owner will manage budgets, track revenue and expenses, and make decisions about investments and resource allocation. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, supervising projects, guiding any team members or contractors, and identifying new opportunities for growth. This is a hybrid role based in Al Saudia, with a mix of on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications

• Strong business management and strategic planning abilities, including experience setting goals and monitoring performance.
• Proficiency in financial oversight, such as budgeting, cost control, and basic accounting or financial analysis.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, present ideas clearly, and build trust.
• Solid organizational and project management capabilities to handle multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for remote work, collaboration, and basic marketing or online presence.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and take ownership of outcomes.
• Prior experience in entrepreneurship, small business management, or a related leadership role is highly beneficial.
• Relevant education in business, management, finance, or a similar field is preferred but not strictly required.
