Role Description The Owner will provide overall strategic direction, set business priorities, and oversee key operational decisions for ECONFIN EXPLORATION PRIVATE LIMITED. This contract, remote role involves defining business goals, establishing policies, and guiding financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. The Owner will review performance reports, analyze risks and market trends, and make decisions about partnerships, investments, and business expansion. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with advisors or contractors, maintaining regulatory and legal compliance, and ensuring that the company’s activities align with its mission and values. The role also requires fostering a culture of accountability, monitoring project outcomes, and adjusting strategies to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior leadership with responsibility for strategy and operations.
• Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, and interpreting financial reports to support data-driven decisions.
• Ability to develop and implement business plans, assess risks, and manage multiple projects or initiatives concurrently.
• Familiarity with regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements relevant to private limited companies and general corporate governance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including working effectively with remote teams and external partners.
• Proficiency with digital tools for remote collaboration, project tracking, and document management.
• Analytical mindset, sound judgment, and a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory business practices.
• Relevant academic background in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory when offset by substantial practical experience.
