The Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator / HR Coordinator / HR Manager to support and coordinate key human resources activities across the employee lifecycle. This role covers HR administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee support, performance processes, HR documentation, and operational improvements.

The successful candidate will be organized, approachable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing sensitive information while working effectively with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day HR administration and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, and hiring documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, employee changes, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee documentation, contracts, personnel files, leave records, and HR-related information.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely support on HR policies, procedures, and workplace processes.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, benefits, and other employee-related information with relevant teams.
  • Support performance review cycles, employee development initiatives, engagement activities, and workforce planning.
  • Assist managers with HR processes and ensure consistent application of internal policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports covering headcount, recruitment, turnover, attendance, employee movements, and other key metrics.
  • Coordinate with finance and operations teams on payroll, employee costs, procurement, and administrative requirements.
  • Maintain HR workflows, templates, policies, procedures, and process documentation.
  • Ensure HR records and processes are handled with appropriate confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Support HR projects involving process improvement, automation, employee experience, and organizational development.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency, communication, documentation, and employee support.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in HR administration, HR coordination, human resources, recruitment, people operations, or a related field.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes, recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee support.
  • Experience using HRIS, ATS, spreadsheets, digital HR tools, or employee databases.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with managers and international teams remotely.
  • Professional HR certifications are not required unless specifically requested.
  • Strong English communication skills.
