Job Description

Manage incoming HR requests through our ticketing system, prioritizing, tracking, and resolving or escalating issues as appropriate.
Process back-office HR tasks related to contract modification.
Maintain and update employee records in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Provide administrative support, including printing, routing documents for signature, and maintaining filing systems.
Communicate and collaborate with HR Business Partners and employees - primarily via our ticketing system - to clarify requests and provide status updates.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with relevant data protection and company policies.

Qualifications

Must be an active full-time student.
Proficient user of MS Office applications; experience with SAP is an advantage
Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Solid problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
Awareness of confidentiality and data-protection best practices when handling employee information.
Availability to work an average of 30 hours per week, with the flexibility to be on-site 2-3 days per week to support in-office tasks and collaboration.
